RC offers summer internships to engineering and construction management students. Intern duties include assisting field engineers in layout, form design, and subcontractor monitoring, as well as assisting in change order preparations, plan checking, document control, quality control and safety monitoring. Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely alongside industry professionals, in disciplines such as project management, field operations, and construction estimating. Specific tasking is an integral component of the internship experience and consistent with the relevant needs of the assigned construction project.

Goals
Each intern is given specific goals to achieve. Evaluations are based upon successful completion of these goals. Should the internship be mutually satisfying for the intern and the company, an intern may be offered full-time employment.

Tuition assistance may be available to outstanding interns who accept full-time employment prior to completion of their college career.
