Expand Tanker Apron by approximately 35,000 SY to provide improved apron access for current KC-135 Tanker aircraft configuration and possible future expansion to KC-46 aircraft. Construction of new pavement section including earthwork, aggregate base course, cement stabilized drainage layer, and 15" PCC pavement. Replacement of existing high mast light poles, underground water, sewer, and storm drain system, new underdrain system, relocation of existing jet blast deflectors, airfield lighting, and new airfield security fence.
